Delete your Reason account
You can permanently delete your Reason account and associated data from Reason on the web or in the mobile app.

Open Dashboard for your workspace.

Scroll to Personal, then under Danger zone select Delete and complete the confirmation.
This permanently deletes your Reason identity and covered data from Reason's primary systems, including sole-owned workspaces, sessions, and secrets. Reason cancels known active subscriptions for sole-owned workspaces before deleting their local data.
Connected-provider apps, installations, and data may remain after deletion. Review and remove them directly with each provider. Deleted data can also remain temporarily in backups, and records required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal obligations are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot access your account, email contact@reasonmachines.com from the address associated with your Reason account. Include “Reason account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
